歷經上半年的疫情，下半年各銀行加速發行新信用卡。兆豐銀行繼推出「宇宙明星BT21金融卡」後，即日起再上市「宇宙明星BT21信用卡」，以可愛的卡通人物搶攻年輕族群，綁定行動支付最高回饋5%，首刷滿額再送登機箱。台北富邦針對「桃園市民卡」提供「紅利桃子」機制，點數可折抵在地商家消費；台新銀行則主打中元節優惠，量販店刷卡購物最高贈14%。
「宇宙明星BT21」為LINE FRIENDS旗下的卡通形象品牌，周邊商品有LINE貼圖、生活用品、居家商品與辦公室小物等，人氣高居不下。兆豐銀行於2020年搶先發行「宇宙明星BT21簽帳金融卡」，成功吸引年輕人開戶，即日起再擴大發行「全球」首張宇宙明星BT21信用卡，所有成員都登上卡面，充滿青春歡樂的氛圍
宇宙明星BT21信用卡」主打一般消費0.6%現金回饋無上限，新戶今(2022)年底前辦卡並申辦電子帳單，連續12個月自動加碼1.5%，合計最高回饋率達2.1%。綁定Apple Pay、台灣Pay、LINE Pay或街口支付，所有交易加碼2.9%現金回饋，每月上限300元，與一般交易回饋率加總計算，新戶最高能獲得5%，舊戶也有3.5%的好康。
兆豐銀行副總經理陳昭蓉表示，9月底前首次申辦「宇宙明星BT21信用卡」，累積消費滿2萬1,000元送限量「BT21行李箱」，預計今年底前將可發行10萬張。而目前兆豐信用卡的動卡率近59%，今年底挑戰64%的業界平均值，主要是持續開發頂級客群、理財客戶外，也將針對「大齡」族群提供樂活刷卡優惠
台北富邦與桃園市政府合作，提供「桃園市民卡」全新「紅利桃子」機制，8月1日起至10月31日台北富邦卡友註冊成為「紅利桃子」會員，就能獲得100點，開立數位帳戶並啟用網路銀行再給50點，首發將送出40萬點，點數可折抵桃園當地指定商家消費金額，振興在地店家。
台新銀行釋出中元節刷卡優惠，像是8月17日前於大潤發使用大潤發聯名卡，單筆滿2萬元拿650元現金抵用券與200「發幣」，再搭配大潤發的單筆滿2,000元打9折活動，最高有2,850元好康入袋，回饋率相當於14%。
若是在家樂福購物，以台新卡綁定家樂福錢包，每週日單筆儲值滿1,000元享6%現金回饋；使用台新卡綁定PX Pay，每週三在全聯消費或儲值，單筆滿1,000元也能賺到200福利點
