山式(Mountain Pose),上舉祈禱式(Upward Mountain Pose Namaste Hands),樹式(Tree
Pose),單腳坐椅式及扭轉(One-Legged Chair Pose),凝視點與樹式(Tree +Drishti in Yoga
Pose),坐姿單腳頭碰膝(Hand to Knee Forward Bend Pose),躺姿鴿式,穿針式及扭轉
(Reverse Pigeon Pose),大休息(Savasana)。
