First voice report since my landing at Toulouse, France! I have been here for 3 weeks and finally applying for a health insurance called "mutuelle", it is a kind of complemetary insurance for the free french social security insurance. Though the mutuelle is an optional insurance, but for scholarship holders it is mandatory to take this, and some reimbursements will grant for the scholarship holders. Lastly, thanks for those very kind Taiwanese students in the neighborhood, so happy to meet you all and feeling graceful to dining with you all.
抵法三週終於首次上傳生活小報告，重點是終於完成獎學金生應盡義務──mutuelle(補充健保)加保，感謝各方資訊。 此外也謝謝這邊台灣同學的照顧。
