(1)Foreigners staying in the R.O.C. for 183 days or longer in 2023 will be required to file their annual income of the 2022 to the Tax Bureau and pay the corresponding taxes during the period from May 1, 2023 to May 31 , 2023.
(2)Foreigners can use E-filing systems to download the income and deductions data, and file.
(3)May 31,2023 is the deadline for the filing of income tax returns.
Hsinchu Branch, Taxation Bureau of Northern Aera, Ministry of Finance calls on all foreigners who need to file their tax returns as soon as possible to avoid the last-minute crowds.
