這次的專題系列來跟大家講講糖跟代糖的差別,喝零卡可樂為什麼喝完好像嘴巴會怪怪的?代糖跟糖又該怎麼選擇?或是代糖是怎麼做到零熱量的呢?這些解答都在這次的科學十分鐘專題系列!

內容延伸代謝途徑 (簡化很多大概讓大家知道一下):
Carbohydrate metabolism:

  • In the liver -> 20% glucose hit the liver cell -> Insulin -> IRS-1 -> SREBP1 -> Glucokinase takes glucose -> G6P -> Glycogen G6P -> Pyruvate -> TCA cycle -> ATP Co2 -> citrate ->De novo lipogenesis (making fat process) -> FAT -> VLDL -> heart disease 

Sugar (glucose and fructose) metabolism:

  • 100% hit the liver cell -> pyruvate -> TCA cycle mitochondria -> citrate -> VLDL -> free fatty acid -> insulin resistance -> non-alcholic fatty acid liver -> JNK -> inflammation -> IRS-1 insulin
