杜桂南
  臺南家政專科學校家政科畢業。自西元1977年開始,在臺南外僑社區、臺北國際婦女協會、Gateway、Community Center、各國僑民在臺的社團等做烹飪示範及演講,教學經驗已有三十餘年,現任教於加拿大多倫多喬治布朗學院。
  著有《Sally Chu掇 Chinese Kitchen》、《輕鬆做好菜》、《西式料理輕鬆做》等書。
